Last week I discussed using Click Bank to find a niche even if you’re not a Click Bank affiliate. I also discussed 2 myths about Niche Research. You can check that Niche Research Post here. I also talked about how the free version of Market Samurai could help you discover profitable markets.
This week I want to discuss ever green niches. Evergreen niche markets are basically markets that will never go away and most people need them. Finance and health are 2 such markets and there is big money in them.
In fact, in those 2 markets alone there are billions of dollars just sitting there ready for the taking. In fact, each and every day affiliates are making millions of dollars in these markets. However, there is a slight problem. The overall market itself is way to competitive to just plunge in and hope you make money in it.
That’s where the Niche Blitzkrieg method comes in. We want to select smaller markets (niches) within the larger market and get involved in that. Remember even a small slice a multi-billion dollar pie can bring you a really nice paycheck. You basically, want to do your research inside these markets and uncover some profitable niches with lower competition.
Some notable niches inside these evergreen markets are as follows:
Finance:
Making Money Online
Refi and Loan Mod
Mortgage
Stock Market
Day Trading
Home Buying Guides
Saving Money
Betting and Gambling
Money Problems (spending issues)
There are of course hundreds more to consider. This is just a small list of what type of Niches exist in this market.
Health:
Healthy Eating
Weight Loss
Dieting
How to make your (problem area of the body) look better – can be any area
Getting better abs
Living Longer
How to exercise
Avoiding Weight Gain
Fast Weight Loss
Weight Loss For New Mothers
Healthy Heart
Preventing Disease
Again, just a few but you get the idea.
Now what is important to keep in mind is that you can even break it down from there. Often, getting into the smaller niches can pay off for a couple of reasons.
#1. Highly Targeted Market. Imagine promoting a “Get Better Abs” product to someone who is looking for better abs. A mistake many people make is trying to promote the right product to the wrong person.
If someone came to your website looking for exercise tips they might not be in the market for the Better Abs Guide. Although you’d likely make sales it won’t be as many as you could.
#2. Easier to build the site. It’s always easier to build a good site when you keep your spectrum down. Creating a site about weight loss can be a painful process that would need hundreds of pages. Building a site about how to get rock hard biceps wouldn’t take nearly as much work and could be more profitable in the short term. Again, it would even be much more targeted and therefore more likely to convert a visit into a sale.
Now, I’m not saying that you can’t make money in non-evergreen markets. In fact, I make great money in markets that are outside that realm. There are still long lasting profits in sites based on toys, luxuries, pop culture, current events, entertainment and similar. I am merely suggesting for you to consider an evergreen niche, especially if you’re new to the business.
The biggest mistake made in niche site creation and niche affiliate marketing is going too broad. While learning it can also prolong the process. This is just something to keep in mind while you are planning your sites out.
So in your niche research consider getting into an evergreen niche. You’ll find larger audiences, larger payouts and that the market will not dry out or lose popularity because we all need these things.
Again the recap: Evergreen niche markets can provide lifelong profits and stability.
#1. Get into a niche within an evergreen market.
#2. Make your site targeted for that niche. (The more targeted the better).
#3. Enjoy longer lasting profits.
#4. A small slice of a Giant pie is still a lot of money.
#5. Everyone loves pie
Thoughts? Are you already in these type of markets?

Would a website on any health condition or disease management be considered in the Evergreen niche? Ex: arthritis; specifically joint health, joint safety, medical treatment of arthritis?
Norma, Yes. Exactly. Anything that is something that anyone can deal with, that many have experienced and it’s not going away.
Thanks for the tip, Michael. I think I might have been guilty in making my second site too broad, and the first one too competitive. Hopfully I will get it right the third time! Thanks for your help and keep up the good work!
Good Day Michael;
Yes a good post here Michael on health Niche, I have a site on Knee Pain; Doing well, I just nead to keep addin page’s every week. Thanks; for the great INFO!!!!
Thomas Ludwig ~
Good show MB, I´ve just put a new site up with a redirected link to a Clickbank product store with 10000 products, would you regard it as being too broad? Also as the link is diverted from my site where does the credit for the backlink go, to me or the store provider? Keep up the good work MB.

Hi Michael,
My name is Andy Sengmany from Laos. After going through all of the
recent researches for internet marketing, I supposed your NBK seems
promising. I am not a blogger, with no website and don’t mention
about article or content writer, but your presentation about the small
and ugly website seems to interest me. Does that means that, if I were
to build as many website as possible using some evergreen niches or
others (something like collecting small commission but in quantities)
if there were sales or clicks which will be the NBK stategy? What
about the maintenance of the vast amount of websites, if I were to
kept on creating new website? Talking about writing of articles kills
me because english is not my mother language.
I am tired of searching around for a true mentor. Joining you will be
my next target to get started as a newbies. (still waiting for my Visa
debit application) for future transaction mode of payment to you. Hope
you can clear off my obstruction of mindstart just to get me in proper
understanding.
Sorry for my not so good english.
Thanks and best regards.
Andy
I have been in the IM for 6 weeks now. I am a Certified Accountant turned Internet Marketer. In the last 4 weeks I have examined a number of online business systems to identify the best i can take to train myself as an IM. Frankly, there is a lot of hype out there. My inbox was overflowing with free stuff, which was fine because I needed to review all that stuff, in oder to make an informed decision on what to do.
After filtering out all the hype, I identified 2 business models:
1. Get free websites from companies whose products you are promoting. Not much learning involved here, it’s all affiliate promotion and you still can’t build a website. There is no evidence that you are promoting a Hot product with hungry buyers. So, you are likely to spend a lot on marketing.
2. Get training on building website, identify a hot niche market from research, keyword research, SEO analysis, traffic generation and marketing. Then build Niche site to promote Niche products.
This is how I arrived at Niche Blitzkrieg. This one suits my business model and I joined it after a few days of the 7 day review.
My Proposals To Improve Niche Blitz Business Model:
Today is my day 3 into the training. However, I am now stuck. I could have built my first website by the end of today, but I won’t because I am struggling to identify a Good, evergreen Niche Market.
1. Michael, you need to include a complete module on Niche Market Research right at the beginning of the course, after all this is a Niche Blitz authority course, what else could add impeccable value to the course than a comprehensive Module on Niche Market Research.
2. When I was reading the second section of the NBK course on website building, You referred us the the e book, Building A Blog in a Day, this is one of your free e books. However, when I was reading the e book, you did not give a lot of detail,on building a website. Instead you referred us to the Niche Blitzkrieg course, where you said you give much more detail. This is a circular recommendation where between the course and the e book and we end up without the detail we need.
Michael, what are your views on this? Do you think it’s worthwhile improving the already fantastic course by taking care of these 2 important issues I have referred to above? Otherwise this is a fantastic course and I am delightfully happy with it compared with a lot of junk stuff I have reviewed in the last 4 weeks.
Great information Mr. Brown, your ideas are great if put into ACTION. Thank you for sharing this with us, this is like adding gas to a slowing down vehicle. Your expertise in Internet Marketing is REAL and your advice will help many in this online adventure.
Hi Mike, I just wanted to complement you on all that you're doing. I've been taking a look at your lessons, videos, articles etc… and find them all to be very informative. All of this is all well said and good. However, I know that as you've said before the fundamentals for this business are videos and training, apply, action, and continue to grow. I will come on board soon and this is what I need to take action on. This area of evergreen marketing is another avenue that is promising. My question is, should I start with amazon and get a basic site up and running or evergreen? I know that the latter probably is obvious but I thought I would just throw that our there. Very respectfully,
Tony
