Important Note: You can make money online. Thousands of people are doing it every single day. However, it's important to understand that making money online from home doesn't happen over night. As in everything we do, even with a blueprint, you must work at it and put in the time to learn. There is risk involved in everything including making money from home. Not everyone who tries this will make as much money as I do and in fact it possible you won't make anything at all. The more time and practice you put in the more chance of success you have. Get rich schemes do not exist and anything I talk about is not claimed to be one. If you're looking to get rich over night you're on the wrong site. If you're looking to build a long lasting affiliate marketing business and understand the last couple of paragraphs you're in the right place.

Make $1000 In A Week….

Posted by: | Comments (15)
1000 in a week

I tend to get a lot of questions that ask questions about making X amount of money in X amount of time.  The interesting way this is usually termed is like this:

“How Can I Make $1000 In A Week?” and sometimes it’s stated “Per Week.”

My answer is:

Affiliate Marketing.  Affiliate marketing is basically promoting someone else’s product or service and earning a commission anytime someone buys this product or service through you.

The problem for some people is they then realize that, like everything, it isn’t done with magic and it actually takes work to start making $1000/week.

The great thing about affiliate marketing is that it can be done at home, you need no prior experience and all you need is a laptop or desktop computer and a small website.

So instead of asking “How much work does this take?”  The people who are really ready to make money online ask “How do I get started?”

If you’re not a member of my Free course titled Unleashing Your Success and I’ll teach you how to get started step-by-step…..

Now, before you head out to get started I want you to have the right mindset.

This doesn’t happen over-night and it will take some time to build up to where you are making $1000 per week.  However, many people are making hundreds-of-thousands and many are making millions with affiliate marketing.  Even sites like Amazon have affiliate programs that you can make money with so you can see this is a pretty big deal.

Your work ethic and determination will set you apart from the crowd.  If you work hard, focus and ask questions you have a higher chance of success than someone who learns and then does nothing with that knowledge.

Just remember once you start, stick with it and see it trough.

Are Your Web Pages Optimized?

Posted by: | Comments (3)

Are your web pages optimized?

If not you’re probably missing out on a lot of sales or ad clicks.

The better your site is optimized the better your results are.

However, even looking inside of Niche Blitzkrieg’s website review section one thing we see often is websites not living up to their potential simply because their optimization is poor.

Good optimization means….

*Having your keywords in the title and header of your web site

*Using your keywords and related words on the web page itself

*Not over using the keywords (be at the optimal level of keyword density)

*Adding in an occasional H1 H2 and H3 tag on your pages (you can do this through your dashboard in WordPress on the post/page editor

*Using “alt” tags on images (remember search engines can’t read images only text… so you need to tell the search engines what your images are about

*Using the occasional bolded, italics and underline keywords

See all of these things help you organically rank in the search engines.  This is how websites with less backlinks can often outrank websites with many more backlinks.  It’s because search engines see well optimized websites as more “important” for their topic than websites poorly optimized.

One thing I use to optimize my web pages and posts for my niche sites

is a new cool (check it out right here)<<==== I highly recommend this…

This tool checks all the parameters I mentioned above and does it in about 5-10 seconds….

It’s cheap and easy to use and affordable.  It’s a simple tool that you simply install on your computer and at any time you want you can check any of your webpages/posts out and see if they need anything optimized.  It will tell you what you’re pages/posts are missing and you simply just need to correct anything in RED.

If you can’t afford the tool or just don’t want to spend the money right now, you at least need to manually check the things I mentioned above.  Make sure you’re doing them and your sites WILL rank better in the long term.

Ranking higher in the search engines provides more visibility to your site and the more visible your site is, the more money you are likely to make.

This is a serious question and one I have to ask.  It’s also one that you need to understand if you are going to become an online success story.  Let me explain.

Often I hear from people who are just about to join my Niche Blitzkrieg course or have just joined it and they’ll say something like “Well, I hope this makes me money!” or “I hope this works.”

I’ll be honest I simply cringe anytime someone says one of those, or similar phrases to me.  The reason that phrase bothers me is because that’s the exact opposite of my mindset when I came into the whole Internet making money thing we’re doing here.

My mindset coming in was “I’m going to put all of my free time into this and make it happen.  I’m not going to fail and I am going to quit my job.”  This is the mindset of champions, those who will succeed and those who have the best chance at success.

I absolutely hate the word “hope” and that’s because I believe we can control much of our own success.  Aside from hope the next thing that will absolutely cause complete failure is just not trying.  It’s pretty obvious but if you’re not going to do anything you’re not going to make money and even “hope” can’t help you there.

You need to come in with a clear mind and understanding that there is a lot of money to be made online.  With so much money out in the Internet world, there is no reason for you to not make money online.  That last statement is especially true if you come in and just tell yourself you’re going to make money and you’re going to do this online thing and make I happen.

I know this post isn’t long but I wanted to share this wisdom with you today.  I share this because I feel like people sometimes assume making money online is luck and as you can probably tell I don’t believe luck has anything to do with it.

Let me know what you think below!

So what’s Google +1 all about?

Basically, it’s a new free service that acts somewhat like the Facebook ” Like” button.  But does anyone actually believe it starts and ends with just the social connection?

I don’t.

I believe there is more to it than just another “like” button.

In fact, Google has a lot to say about how this may affect search engines rankings, indexing and social proof of popularity.  So let’s analyze exactly what Google says about their new +1 button and then see if you think this is useless for yourself.

(The questions and answers below are taken right from Google +1 page -(http://www.google.com/intl/en/webmasters/+1/button/index.html)

Does +1 affect search results rankings?

Google Says:

+1 helps people discover relevant content—a website, a Google search result, or an ad—from the people they already know and trust. Adding the +1 button to your pages lets users recommend your content, knowing that their friends and contacts will see their recommendation when it’s most relevant—in the context of Google search results.

When a signed-in Google user is searching, your Google search result snippet may be annotated with the names of the user's connections who've +1'd your page. If none of a user's connections has +1'd your page, your snippet may display the aggregate number of +1's your page has received.

So basically in the search engine listings anytime someone gives your site a +1 it will show up beside your listing (think: social proof).

Sound important yet?  Let’s look at another question on this page.

Does +1 affect my site’s performance in search?

Google says:

Content recommended by friends and acquaintances is often more relevant than content from strangers. For example, a movie review from an expert is useful, but a movie review from a friend who shares your tastes can be even better. Because of this, +1’s from friends and contacts can be a useful signal to Google when determining the relevance of your page to a user’s query. This is just one of many signals Google may use to determine a page’s relevance and ranking, and we’re constantly tweaking and improving our algorithm to improve overall search quality. For +1's, as with any new ranking signal, we'll be starting carefully and learning how those signals affect search quality.

Hmmm.  It looks like Google has a plan for this to affect search rankings eventually.  I’d be willing to bet they already have a framework in place for this.  Again, social proof looks like it might affect search rankings soon enough.

And finally….

How will the +1 button affect my traffic?

Google says:

Personalized annotations next to your page in search results may increase your site’s visibility and make your site’s snippet more compelling, which may in turn increase the odds that users will click through to your page.

It looks like having the +1 will increase visibility in the search engines and draw attention to your snippet at least in the Google search engines.

So how do you get a +1 button on your blog posts so you can reap the benefits of +1 as it gets more popular in the days to come?  Easy.  Grab a free plugin called: SEXY BOOKMARKS and simply enable the +1 button as well.

Right now it’s still new enough that we don’t know everything.  But, read what Google is saying and determine for yourself.  If you want to read the whole page of F.A.Q. on Google’s +1 button you can read that here… http://www.google.com/intl/en/webmasters/+1/button/index.html

I don’t believe having the +1 button and getting +1’s on your site are 100% critical.  I believe this will simply be something that “helps” increase search engine rankings.  Links, optimization, keywords and good content will always be important but don’t underestimate the social elements like Google +1.

What do you think?  Are you planning on adding the +1 button?

Ohh, and don't forget to give me a +1 if you like this!  :)
